+ What time can I check in?

You can check in to the room after 15:00 (3pm), but you are welcome to use our luggage storage and common facilities free of charge in case you arrive earlier

+ What time can I check out?

Latest at 10 am during weekdays and 11am during weekends

+ My flight is late. Can I check in all night?

Our reception is open from 8am to 1am. Sundays 8am to midnight. If you are arriving after our hours of operation please inform us on e-mail to see if is posible to arrange for a late check in

+ Can I use the luggage storage after check-out?

Yes, you are welcome to use our luggage storage for 20DKK per person and you have to pick up before 11pm.

+ Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Currently we are offering a 50DKK Breakfast combo (Coffee or Tea, croissant and orange or apple juice)

+ Do I need to bring my own towel?

You are welcome to bring your own towel to the hostel, but if you want to travel light, you can rent one from the reception for 25DKK

+ Do you have a kitchen?

No, Sleep in Heaven does not have a guest kitchen. (NO fridge, oven, stove etc.) Due to sanitary reasons we cannot storage outside food. We kindly ask you not to bring your own alcohol or beverages because we have a Caffe/Bar.

+ Can we drink our own alcohol?

No, you cannot drink your own alcohol in the hostel - neither in the common area or in the rooms You can enjoy beers and drinks at our bar. Honestly, our prices are cheaper than outside

+ Do you have a hair dryer?

Yes, you can borrow a hair dryer from the reception

+ Is there an age-limit?

Sleep in Heaven is a youth hostel and have an age-limit between 16-35 for dormitories only. There is no age-limit for private rooms

+ How can I change my booking?

If you book directly through our website, send us an e-mail in case you wish to modify your booking, and we will help you. If you have booked through one of our agents (booking.com, Hostelworld etc.), all modifications must go through them. Remember you have to do any modification 48 hours before arrival.

+ How can I cancel my booking?

It's free to cancel or modify up to 48 hours prior to arrival unless you have booked a non-refundable that that is prepaid at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled or modifi less than 48 hours prior to arrival,100% of the reservation amount will be charged. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

+ Do you accept group bookings?

Please contact us directly regarding group bookings for more than 7 people

+ I want to stay at the hostel long-term. Is that possible?

OBS! We are offering long term accommodation for a limited time

No, Sleep in Heaven is a backpacker hostel and cannot be used for long-term stays. We enforce a maximum stay period of 14 days that also applies if making multiple short bookings over a period of time that exceeds the maximum stay period

+ We have booked individually. Can we stay in the same room?

Please send us an e-mail in advance if you have made individual bookings and would like to stay the same room. We will try our best to make it possible, but there is no guarantee

+ Can I stay in a bottom bunk?

Being a hostel primarily with bunk beds, half of our beds are top bunks. We understand that you might have reasons for requesting a bottom bunk, and we will try our best to fulfill your wish, however we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be possible

+ Do you offer free parking?

Sleep in Heaven do not offer free parking. All parking spots in the neighbourhood are public and need to be paid for. Sleep in Heaven is placed in the blue parking zone. See more information about the public parking zones in Copenhagen here
